With over 20 years of experience as the Gold Coast's premier rhythmic gymnastics club, we've developed a proven approach to athlete development, guiding gymnasts from beginners to champions.
Ribbon, Hoop, Ball, Clubs, Rope
Each apparatus tells a story and we inspire gymnasts to bring them to life with precision and elegance. The manipulation of the rope, hoop, ball, clubs and ribbon is fundamental in all aspects of our lessons. We teach the correct and safe technique for apparatus handling to support growth and development. Our specialized training program ensures every balance, jump and turn is executed accurately with the foundation skills set right from the start.

Our recreational and competitive program caters for all abilities and levels whether gymnasts enjoy learning and performing for the joy of movement or excel in various events and competitions. We provide a supportive, professional and inclusive environment to create positive experiences and lasting memories.

For over 20 years our rhythmic gymnastics club has been the longest-standing on the Gold Coast, developing children into confident, disciplined, and high-achieving athletes.
With a proven track record of success, our gymnasts have consistently ranked in the top 3 in Queensland, thanks to our expert coaching team and commitment to excellence. We've had the privilege of teaching athletes who went on to become Australian champions and even represented Australia at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
At Elite Rhythmic Gymnastics Gold Coast, we inspire and empower young girls to achieve their fullest potential, from their first steps at age three to high-level competitive gymnastics. With over 20 years of experience, our Gold Coast based club specialises in both recreational and elite-level rhythmic gymnastics, offering personalised training tailored to every athlete's unique needs and goals.
